Subscriptions
Moodly subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel or change a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Moodly.
If the app does not show the right plan, open Moodly settings and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that purchased the subscription.
Privacy and data
You can manage iOS permissions in Settings. Moodly may request permissions for Photos, Camera, Microphone, Location, Notifications, Apple Health, and Journaling Suggestions depending on the feature you use.
You can delete Moodly app data from inside the app settings where available. This does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Feature help
Create reflections with text, photos, videos, locations, moments, mental state, and voice notes depending on your plan.
Weekly challenges are designed around your reflections. Completing a challenge requires writing a reflection entry.
Your daily streak updates when you create your first entry of the day. Reminders may help you keep it alive.
